We usually ship the goods we have in stock within two working days of receiving the order (when sending the goods cash on delivery or when picking up in person), resp. from the crediting of the payment to the account (in case of non-cash payment).


Goods that we do not have in stock, we ship as soon as possible, of which we will inform you immediately.


You can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. For hygienic reasons, the goods must not be removed from the closed packaging. The returned information must be accompanied by the following information / documents:

– a copy of the delivery note and invoice, if these documents have been issued, or another document proving the purchase of goods on the so-nia.com e-shop. Written statement of the buyer on withdrawal from the purchase contract and the choice of how to return the money to the buyer (transfer to account, personal receipt of cash or postal order, etc.); and

– contact details (telephone and e-mail) for settling withdrawals from the purchase contract.


We will return the received funds to you no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the purchase contract, but no earlier than within 7 days of returning the goods.


You can send the returned goods free of charge with the transport service Zásilkovna to the dispensing point of branch no. 4945, K Botiči 6, 101 00 Prague 10. We will send you the generated code for transport by e-mail or sms upon request. You can also bring the goods in person to the branch of SO.nia Europe s.r.o. to the address K Botiči 6, 101 00 Prague 10.


How to proceed in case of a complaint:


The claimed goods should be thoroughly secured to prevent damage during transport, the package should be visibly marked “COMPLAINTS” and contain: the claimed goods (including complete accessories), a copy of the purchase document, a detailed description of the defect and sufficient contact details of the buyer ( return address, e-mail and telephone in particular)


We will handle the complaint, including the elimination of the defect, without undue delay, no later than within 30 days from the date of the complaint.
